The limited warranty on any replacement product will be a continuation of the original products limited warranty and will only be valid from the date of the original purchase. This limited warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, unusual physical electrical or electromechanical stress; (b) modification of any part of the product by the purchaser; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible; (e) malfunctions resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not expressly approved or provided by Data Cables Direct; (f) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation or adjustment; (g) normal wear and tear and normal degradation of the product; and (h) malfunctions where it is determined by Data Cables Direct that is not the fault of the product itself. Waiver by Data Cables Direct of any limitation under this limited warranty will not be deemed a continuing waiver of such limitation or a waiver of any other limitation.
If you should need to return your power product for warranty repair contact Data Cables Direct technical support here to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred associated with a product return to Data Cables Direct. Data Cables Direct will pay all shipping costs associated with the return of your replacement product.
THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF DATA CABLES DIRECT AND DATA CABLES DIRECT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DATA CABLES DIRECT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY TO THE USER FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE USER OR THE USERS INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Data Cables Direct product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Data Cables Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Data Cables Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Data Cables Direct shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
